Payment is required by credit or debit card before the service begins. During the booking process, you will be prompted to provide your card details for payment.

Upon submitting your booking request, you will receive an acknowledgment email from eCHAUFFEUR. Once your order is accepted and the service is confirmed, a further notification will be sent to you via email.

We handle payments securely through our seamless online booking system at the time of your reservation. This ensures a smooth and convenient transaction process.

The specific price for your ordered service will be sent to you by email when the booking is confirmed. Payment is required by credit or debit card before services commence. For your records, eCHAUFFEUR will send electronic invoices/advice of charges in Adobe Acrobat PDF versions, and you can request paper or electronic copies at any time. Your credit card statement will show the charge from ECH ECHAUFFEUR LTD.

For airport arrivals, your chauffeur will be waiting at the nearest meeting point in the airport with a greeting board displaying your name. eCHAUFFEUR uses the latest technology to monitor your flight status in real-time, ensuring your professional chauffeur and meticulously prepared vehicle are ready for you upon arrival, accounting for any changes, delays, or early arrivals. Your chauffeur will be prepared to assist you with your luggage and accommodate any requests. The fleet includes impeccably maintained luxury saloons, executive SUVs, and people carriers, all meticulously cleaned, regularly serviced, and equipped with amenities such as Wi-Fi, bottled water, and phone chargers. Complimentary refreshments, newspapers, and tissues are also offered. Please be aware that eCHAUFFEUR reserves the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at any time if necessary.

eCHAUFFEUR monitors flight statuses in real-time to ensure precise coordination, even with unexpected changes or delays. For hourly hires, our chauffeurs provide flexibility and discretion, adapting to your schedule, accommodating last-minute changes, running errands, or making unplanned stops. Any changes or variations to your journey, including extra mileage beyond the initial agreement, will incur additional charges as per our pricing structure.

For airport transfers, we offer 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time. For all other pick-up locations, 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included. Should your journey require waiting beyond these complimentary periods, additional waiting time charges will apply.

The cancellation policy varies by service type:

◦ For one-way services, if cancelled within 4 hours from the start of the hire period, there will be no charge.

◦ For event bookings or hourly hire for more than 6 hours, 24 hours' notice is required for a full refund.

◦ Any deposit paid for bookings will be non-refundable if less than 24 hours' notice is provided.

◦ A cancellation made up to 4 hours before the hire time will incur a 100% charge of the total hire price.

◦ In the case of a no-show at the designated pickup point, all monies paid will be non-refundable.

While eCHAUFFEUR strives for punctuality, they cannot accept responsibility or liability for delays caused by circumstances outside of their control, such as traffic conditions, road closures, or other events beyond the control of their chauffeurs and staff.

eCHAUFFEUR is committed to fixed, transparent pricing with no hidden fees or surprise surcharges. All quoted prices include 20% VAT. Please note that credit card payments incur a 3% surcharge.
